ABOUT US

We are a project created by artists for artists, a team of enthusiasts, ambassadors from Mexico, who have been generating, disseminating and managing art in Mexico for more than a decade.

We are a project of change through collaboration, joining the momentum of transformation to generate a web of networks that helps the development of being, we are universal seeds.

We seek to give voice and international presence to a country with an ancient culture based on unity, and sustained by impeccability, love for its divinity, and well-being with the other.

Shaped in Mexico´s biology is a synergy of talents that through a conscious flow by means of art attempt to awaken consciousness.

Shaped in Mexico is a platform for visibility and dialogue of contemporary art in the world.

Developed by Distrito 14, a contemporary managing  art project with social impact of distribution and commercialization,  founded by Lorena Junco and Silvia P. Morton in Monterrey, Mexico.

OUR MISSION

Create a platform of visibility abroad for Mexican and international artists inspired by Mexico, and in fulfillment of their social service, share their experience through art.

We seek to open a space for reflection and contemplation regarding the transition from old to new paradigms (from the ideological to the biological, from the dual to the triune) in relation with the self and  the other coexisting with the planet.

Make an exchange of cooperation between Mexican and European artists and cultural agents, through an exhibition of visual arts.

Foster a space for interaction so that the non-Mexican audience can participate and coexist through our activities and presentations that will reflect an art scene beyond the stereotyped image of Mexico.
